If a site visit is conducted prior to the AGM obvious works can have quotes presented at the AGM making the meeting productive and informative.


When maintenance is required it must be performed promptly, to a high standard, to prevent on going disruptions to you.

All trades and service providers must have current registration and insurance, to protect you the Body Corporate owners.
