SITE VISIT
Minimum of one site visit annually, prior to annual general meeting.

When a site visit is conducted prior to the AGM, obvious works can have indicative quotes presented at the AGM enabling owners to make informed decisions, and maximizing the meeting productivity.
MAINTENANCE
When maintenance is required it must be performed promptly, to a high standard, to prevent on going disruptions to you, or your tenants.

All trades and service providers must have current registration and insurance, to protect you the Owners Corporation members.
