SITE VISIT

Minimum of one site visit annually, prior to annual general meeting.

At OCMS we believe it is frustrating to discuss an issue with someone who has no concept of the property and its general layout.

When a site visit is conducted prior to the AGM, obvious works can have indicative quotes presented at the AGM enabling owners to make informed decisions, and maximizing the meeting productivity.

MAINTENANCE

When maintenance is required it must be performed promptly, to a high standard, to prevent on going disruptions to you, or your tenants.

At OCMS we believe in getting a job done right first time, so we work with like minded people.  

All trades and service providers must have current registration and insurance, to protect you the Owners Corporation members.

	Facilitating multiple insurance quotes for the Owners Corporation.

The law is changing regarding Body Corporations, hence the re-naming as Owners Corporations.
